Important for measuring your head circumference
To measure the head circumference you need a tape measure or alternatively a string and a folding rule or a long ruler.The measuring tape is placed about one centimeter above the eyebrows and ears, horizontally around the head (not over the forehead and not at the hairline), with one hand you can fix the end, with the other you lead the tape measure around the head.
