Complaints

You can complain about wrong, damaged or defective items within two years from the date of receipt of the goods. Depending on the time of the complaint and the type of article, there are different options for the complaint.


Complaint within 30 days

Before you start with the complaint

Whitecaps Products cannot provide no replacement for a missing or defective part or provide technical assistance. In these fills, or if you need warranty information, please contact the manufacturer. For a list of manufacturers that offer service to end users, please refer to here.


Complaint after 30 days

If your item has a defect, we recommend that you first check the product inserts, such as the user manual, for possible troubleshooting tips and contact the manufacturer directly. You will find a list of manufacturers who offer service for end customers here.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and Whitecaps Products is of course still responsible to you as the seller within the scope of the statutory warranty. However, Whitecaps Products cannot provide replacement parts or technical assistance for any missing or defective item. For this reason, and because the manufacturer usually has better possibilities to repair or replace parts under the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer in advance if they are listed in the end user service provider list.
