How do I return an item?

Dear customer,

we are still a young shop and offer our articles at very fair prices with free shipping from 69 EUR order value (within Germany) and 30-day right of return
Please also note our SRS contribution/ return costs for returns). Likewise we offer you a free exchange of articles from 69 EUR order value, should something not fit or not like. We will send you the new product without any problems and advise you to find the right article for you.

At this point in time, it is unfortunately not possible for us to take over the return costs.

If you have paid your order via PayPal (no matter which PayPal variant), PayPal will refund the return fees!

1. Preparation: Place the goods undamaged or unopened in the package. We can only accept unused and undamaged goods. If you wish to exchange the item for another size or product, simply indicate this on the return slip enclosed in the package with the item description, item number and size.
2. Packaging: Seal the package securely so that the goods return to us undamaged.

3. Shipping: You can drop off your parcel at any DHL Packstation, DHL branch, Hermes PaketShops or DPD branch.

Keep your return receipt until you receive a confirmation email from us that the goods have arrived - with the tracking number you can also track the progress of the return online.

A takeover of the forwarding expenses by us is not possible for returns at this time. (For unstamped returns, we can refuse acceptance).

4. Refund: Once we receive your package, we will process and refund it within the next 14 business days.

Sustainability Return Shipments (SRS). The sustainability contribution made by our return costs from our customers for returns and returns.

For each returned order item we charge a fee of 5 EUR. (Exchange returns and complaints are excluded.) We will deduct this from your refund amount.
