How do I return an item?
Dear Customer,
we are still a young shop and offer our articles at very fair prices with free shipping from 99 EUR + 199 EUR order value (within Germany and Europe) and 100-day return policy (*Please also note our SRS contribution/ return shipping costs for returns). We also offer you a free exchange of articles from 99 EUR + 199 EUR order value (within Germany and Europe), should something not fit or not like. We will send you the new goods without any problems and advise you to find the right article for you.
At this time, a takeover of the return costs by us is unfortunately not possible!
RETURN/EXCHANGE AT WHITECAPS PRODUCTS - IN 4 EASY STEPS
1. Preparation:
Place the goods undamaged or unopened in the package. We can only accept unused goods. The goods must be returned in mint condition and in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange the item for another size or another product, simply indicate this on the return slip enclosed in the package with the item description, item number and size.
2. Packaging: Close the package securely so that the goods arrive safely and undamaged.
3. Shipping: You can drop off your package at all DHL Packstations, DHL branches, Hermes ParcelShops or DPD branches.

Keep your return receipt until you have received the confirmation email from us that we have received the goods - you can also track the progress of the return online with the consignment number.
At the moment we are not able to take over the shipping costs for returns. (In the case of unstamped returns, we can refuse acceptance).
4.Refund: As soon as we have received your package, we will process and refund it within the next 14 working days

*This measure is part of our "Whitecaps Effective" environmental protection project.
Sustainability Return Shipments (SRS). The sustainability contribution made by our return shipping costs from our customers on returns and return shipments.
For each returned order item we charge a fee of 3 EUR. (Exchange returns, complaints and partial returns are excluded) We will deduct this from your refund amount.
