Important for measuring your head circumference
To measure the head circumference you need a tape measure or alternatively a string and a folding rule or a long ruler.The measuring tape is placed about one centimeter above the eyebrows and ears, horizontally around the head (not over the forehead and not at the hairline), with one hand you can fix the end, with the other you lead the tape measure around the head. Or you let someone help you. The tape should fit snugly but not press or cut. At the intersection, you can read the head circumference directly. If you use a string as a measuring aid, create it as with the tape measure method and mark the point of intersection. Then you put the cord on a ruler or yardstick and can read the measure and so easily finds your head circumference.
