To find the right size for your wetsuit, we recommend that you follow the manufacturer's instructions. With the help of the following size chart you can find your optimal fitting wetsuit.
If you are unsure how to measure your body dimensions, we have created a measurement guide for you. You can find this guide in the tab "How to measure correctly?
If your body measurements are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size, but make sure that the wetsuit always fits tightly like a second skin. This prevents too much water flowing through the wetsuit and heat is lost.

We are often asked at which temperatures and weather conditions it is best to use which wetsuit with which neoprene thickness. Also we are asked, how it looks with neoprene shoes, neoprene gloves or neoprene caps. For this purpose, we have created a rough guideline below, based on the manufacturer's specifications.
Here we want to give you a brief overview of why you should clean your wetsuit regularly and thoroughly, and how best to clean it.
In addition to the hygiene factor, regular care also affects the durability of the neoprene. If you simply hang your wetsuit out to dry in the sun after a session on the water and don't thoroughly rinse out the salt water and dirt, the neoprene can quickly become brittle and cracked. In general, we advise you not to hang your neo directly in the sun.
Tip when putting on: Make sure that your body is dry, then it is much easier to put on. Neoprene sticks to wet skin.
When you have finished your session, you should rinse the neo directly with clean water. Then turn it inside out and let it dry in a shady and airy place. When the wetsuit is dry, you can turn it inside out and hang it on a sturdy hanger.
Attention: Do not use the spin cycle under any circumstances!
An alternative to the washing machine is the bathtub. Simply take a small bath with 30°C water temperature and add some detergent, shower gel or rinsing agent and let the wetsuit soak. Then rinse thoroughly again.
Our recommendation: There are also great neoprene cleaners e.g. from Mystic.
Why should I clean my wetsuit?
Of course, cleaning your wetsuit regularly and thoroughly will result in improved hygiene. It is possible that in the worst case bacteria, mold or unpleasant odors can form.In addition to the hygiene factor, regular care also affects the durability of the neoprene. How should I clean and care for my wetsuit?
Care begins with careful handling of the wetsuit. When putting on your wetsuit, you should not try to force your way into the wetsuit, as this puts too much stress on the seams. Hectic and fast movements also put a lot of stress on the seams, so they could tear.Tip when putting on: Make sure that your body is dry, then it is much easier to put on. Can I wash my wetsuit in the washing machine?
Yes, this is no problem. Just turn it inside out and close the zipper. Either the wool program or the gentle wash cycle at a maximum of 30°C is best. As a detergent, we recommend mild detergent. To remove all detergent residues, you can rinse again with water after the wash cycle.Attention: Do not use the spin cycle under any circumstances!
