The 85cm mast is ideal for freeride foiling and tow surfing and increases overall ride performance in choppy conditions. This mast length is perfect for heeling more, flying the kite lower and further boosting the foil system for a more controlled ride at high speeds. The Sonar foiling system is connected to the board by a lightweight, CNC-machined aluminum board adapter with tapered geometry that engages the mast. The board adapter and mast are fused together to create a bond for optimal load transfer and a stronger, more direct feel and steering impulse during foiling.
