Hint:
If your body measurements lie between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
However, you should make sure that the wetsuit always fits tightly to your body like a second skin. This prevents too much water from flowing through the wetsuit and heat from being lost. TAB:How do you measure correctly?

Often we are asked in which temperatures and weather conditions it is best to use which wetsuit with which neoprene thickness. We are also asked how neoprene shoes, neoprene gloves or neoprene caps should be used. We have provided a rough guideline for this below, based on the information provided by the manufacturer Xcel.
We want to give you a short overview why you should clean your wetsuit regularly and thoroughly and how to clean it best
Besides the hygiene factor, regular care also has an effect on the durability of the neoprene. If you simply hang your wetsuit out to dry in the sun after a session on the water and don't rinse out the salt water and dirt thoroughly, the neoprene can quickly become brittle and cracked. In general, we advise you not to hang your neo directly in the sun
A little tip when putting on the wetsuit: Make sure your body is dry, then it will be much easier to put on. Neoprene sticks to wet skin.
When you have finished your session, you should rinse the wetsuit directly with clean water. Then turn it inside out and let it dry in a shady and airy place. When the wetsuit is dry, you can turn it inside out and hang it on a sturdy hanger
Attention: Do not use the spin cycle under any circumstances!
An alternative to the washing machine is the bathtub. Simply take a small bath with 30°C water temperature and add some detergent, shower gel or rinsing agent and let the wetsuit soak. Then rinse thoroughly again.
Small tip: There are also great neoprene cleaners, e.g. from Mystic.
Why should I clean my wetsuit?
Of course, regular and thorough cleaning of your wetsuit will improve hygiene. It is possible that in the worst case bacteria, mould or unpleasant odours can develop.Besides the hygiene factor, regular care also has an effect on the durability of the neoprene. How should I clean and care for my wetsuit?
Care begins with careful handling of the wetsuit. When putting on your wetsuit, you should not try to force your way into it, as this puts too much strain on the seams. Hectic and fast movements also put a lot of stress on the seams, so that they could tear.A little tip when putting on the wetsuit: Make sure your body is dry, then it will be much easier to put on. Can I wash my wetsuit in the washing machine?
Yes, that is no problem. Just turn it inside out and close the zipper. The wool programme or the gentle wash cycle at a maximum of 30°C is best. We recommend using a mild detergent. To remove any detergent residue, you can rinse again with water after the wash cycle.Attention: Do not use the spin cycle under any circumstances!
